how it works

The short version

  • Strategy and execution in oneMarketing leadership and the hands-on work to deliver it, so the plan and the doing never drift apart.
  • Multi-market demand gen as standardCampaigns, content and nurture built to work across regions, channels and sales teams at the same time.
  • Marketing team management and hiring supportWe can run the team you have, plug the gaps with freelancers, and help you hire when you're ready.
  • Content engine and campaign executionCase studies, events, webinars, lead magnets and the high-value execution your team doesn't get time for.
  1. 1

    Audit and plan

We review strategy, team, channels, data and reporting together. If you've got customers, we'll interview them. If you've got competitors, we'll research them. Then we agree the channels and markets worth running, and what each one is there to do.

  2. 2

    Build the content engine

Case studies, events, webinars, lead magnets and the execution your in-house team doesn't get time for. Built to fuel demand, nurture and sales enablement across every market.

  3. 3

    Launch the campaigns

With the engine in place, we run omni-channel campaigns that work together rather than compete. Messaging is tested before budget goes behind it.

  4. 4

    Report, reallocate and hand over

Weekly sprint calls and monthly strategy reviews show what is producing and what is noise, so budget and effort move accordingly. Reporting and know-how are documented in your business as we go.

Questions people actually ask

Is this just strategy?

No. It's strategy plus the hands-on execution. You get the thinking and the doing, joined up across channels.

What does 'designed to be deleted' mean in practice?

We build the reporting, the systems and the know-how inside your business, so the point comes when you don't need us any more. We'd rather you got there than kept paying us out of habit.

How do you work with in-house teams?

At enterprise level, we expect you to have an in-house team. We work alongside them as senior marketing leadership - setting direction, running weekly sprints, and taking on the complex execution they don't have capacity for. We also support hiring, freelancer management and building systems that make your team more effective.

How does raiya use AI at enterprise level?

We go further than off-the-shelf tools. We build custom AI tools and scrapers for your business, map out a practical AI roadmap, and put full automations in place for reporting, outbound, content workflows and more. Everything stays human-directed, human-edited and human-checked.

Is raiya an agency, a consultant or a freelancer?

A blend of all three. You work directly with the founder, who manages your strategy and execution, with known freelancers brought into your account as and when needed. You're introduced to everyone. It feels like an in-house marketer supporting you.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer does tasks. raiya owns outcomes. There's a senior strategic layer, and when raiya shows up on your leadership call it's to contribute, not to read a report out loud.

Do you lock people into contracts?

There's a 3-month notice period to walk away from raiya, but you can upgrade or downgrade your plan with no notice at all. We take on a limited number of clients at a time, so the notice period is mandatory.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and neither can anybody else honestly. Forecasts get made and adapted as priorities change, which is more useful than promising the stars and blaming you later.
