how it works

The short version

  • Startup friendlyWe'll build your messaging and your website if we need to.
  • Fully flexibleNo fixed scope, we'll move with the business needs.
  • Data focusedYou'll get monthly reports that tell us where we need to move next.
  • Complete transparencyWe'll have weekly calls with you and you'll get an insight email every single week.
  1. 1

    Review and prioritise

We review your product, your messaging, and your current materials and decide what needs to be done first. It might be we need to build you a website, it might be that your messaging needs adapting.

  2. 2

    Launch and test

We launch into demand gen or launch strategy. We'll map your ICP and take on different tactics to meet your goals. This is the start of a test and learn strategy.

  3. 3

    Adapt and learn

You'll get weekly updates and a monthly report so we can learn what's working, and what's not. We will automatically adapt to get you the best results.

Founder-led content and positioning for an early-stage HR tech startup.

recent starter work

Built for founders starting from almost nothing

Becca combines senior SaaS marketing experience with genuine curiosity about the business she's working on. From our first conversation she pushed my thinking rather than handing me what to post, which is exactly what an early-stage founder needs. She asks sharp questions, gets to the heart of positioning fast, and is honest about where to spend and where to hold back.

Questions people actually ask

What's the difference between starter and the growth retainer?

It's the same menu, just a different amount of time. Starter is like having a fractional marketer for a few hours a week. Growth is closer to having a part-time employee.

Do you build AI tools on starter?

No. raiya builds AI tools and scrapers for clients, but that sits on growth. On starter we use AI to assist with getting tasks done, and everything is human first and human checked.

Is raiya an agency, a consultant or a freelancer?

A blend of all three. You work directly with the founder, who manages your strategy and execution, with known freelancers brought into your account as and when needed. You're introduced to everyone. It feels like an in-house marketer supporting you.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer does tasks. raiya owns outcomes. There's a senior strategic layer, and when raiya shows up on your leadership call it's to contribute, not to read a report out loud.

We already have someone in-house. Does that rule us out?

No - raiya works well alongside a team, taking on the strategy and the projects they can't get to, and building systems that make them more effective.

How does raiya use AI?

As a tool, always human-directed, human-edited and human-checked. It's used to build things - automations, outbound systems, reporting, workflows - not to generate copy nobody read.

Do you lock people into contracts?

There's a 3-month notice period to walk away from raiya, but you can upgrade or downgrade your plan with no notice at all. We take on a limited number of clients at a time, so the notice period is mandatory.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and neither can anybody else honestly. Forecasts get made and adapted as priorities change, which is more useful than promising the stars and blaming you later.
